    module ISU_DB_INIT_DATA_UPDATE is inconsistent. At least one entry in
    table X_INIT_DATA-INSTALLATIONS has a different value in field
    INIDATCRDC (initial data creation document number) than in the initial
    data creation document header X_INIT_DATA-HEAD.
    This is due to a program error.
