  • What causes this issue?

    The time slices in which the usage factor is to be udpated are
    inconsistent.
    The usage factor is updated during billing for installations that have
    a synthetic profile. A billing period usually has only one profile. If
    the profile is changed, several time slices have to be updated.
    Time slices are only updated if they do not overlap or if there are no
    gaps between them.
    If time slices overlap or if there are gaps between them, then the
    usage factor cannot be updated.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the load profiles allocated to the installation.
