    When meter readings are entered, the usage factor is modified when a
    synthetic load profile has been allocated to the installation.
    The usage factor is updated for registers with the same respective
    billing dimension.
    If no synthetic load profile exists for the billing dimension of the
    register, then modification of the usage factor is not possible or not
    desired.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
