How to fix this error?

You can only modify with different measurement types when the following
restrictions apply:
The device is recreated and, therefore, has only one time slice
The device is not installed
The primary voltage, secondary voltage, primary current and secondary
current fields, and the transformation ratio are initial.
Within the device modification, if necessary, you must initialize the
aforementioned fields in advance.
