  • What causes this issue?

    You have attempted to create a move-in document for contract &v1& and
    installation &v4&. However, contract &v1& already has a move-in
    document for installation &v3&, which has been valid since &v2&.
    When you create a move-in document, the system also creates a new
    contract (see OSS note 310487). You cannot use a contract that has
    already been allocated to an installation.

    System Response

    The system cannot create the move-in document.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
