What causes this issue?

The file you want to display contains more data objects than are
defined in your migration user parameters in field "Number DS" (&v1&).

System Response

You cannot edit the file in change mode. The system switches to display
mode and only displays the first &V1& data records.

How to fix this error?

Increase the user parameter and call file maintenance again.
