  • What causes this issue?

    This is caused by one of the following:
    The register has no rate category
    Therefore no rate and no weighting key could be determined for the
    extrapolation.
    The register has no rate type
    Therefore no rate and no weighting key could be determined for the
    extrapolation.
    There are insufficient meter reading results for the device for the
    extrapolation to be representative.
    In this case, the system required a period consumption. However no
    period consumption was entered when the device was installed.

    System Response

    Extrapolation is terminated

    How to fix this error?

    If the register does not have a rate category or an installation
    structure enter them in the contract or in the installation structure
    to which the register belongs.
    If there are insufficient meter reading results for extrapolation to be
    representative, create a <DS:TRAN.EL56>period consumption</> for the
    appropriate register.
