  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

    During validation 13, it was determined that the number of permissible
    usage hours was exceeded. The number of permissible usage hours is
    calculated by dividing the consumption by the installed demand. The
    installed demand is stored in an operand. Via the check class, this
    operand is set in table TE409 in the field BENUTZSTD.
    The maximum permissible usage hours corresponds to the number of hours
    that have expired since the last reading.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Example: TE409-BENUTZSTD = INSLEIST = 20 kW
    Consumption = 800 kWh
    Last meter reading = 20.09.1997
    Current meter reading = 20.10.1997
    I) Usage hours: 800 kWh / 20 kW = 40 h
    II) Maximum permissible usage hours: 30 Tage * 24 h = 720 h
    The usage hours exceed the maximum. The meter reading is plausible.

      • This can be done by correcting the measurement document or adjusting the usage hours in the relevant transaction (e.g., using transaction code EL21 for measuring point readings).
    3. Review Measurement Documents: Check the measurement documents associated with the device to identify any discrepancies or errors in the recorded data.

      • Use transaction codes like EL21 or EL22 to view and manage measurement documents.
