You attempted to create a new export license using the copy function.
Either:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

or license type &V2& that you entered differs from license type &V4& in
the reference permit
or both.

System Response

If the legal regulations are different, the system responds with an
error message.
If the license types are different, the system responds with a warning,
but allows you to contiue creating the license.
&NOTE&
The system creates the new license with the data you entered, meaning
that legal regulations &V1& and license type &V2& replace the data from
the reference permit.
