The import of the substance application relations (SARAll.dat) has
detected a listed substance that is not available on the latest GADS
regulatory list revision.
This can happen if one of the GADSL classifications <LS>duty-to-declare
</> or <LS>IsProhibited </>is not selected for the listed substance. In
this case, the substance is not relevant for the GADS regulatory list.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Import the basic substances file (SBAll.dat) if it was not imported
before importing the substance application relations (SARAll.dat).
Select either the <LS>duty-to-declare</> or <LS>IsProhibited </>GADSL
classification in the SBALL.dat file and import the file again. In this
case, a listed substance is created and the substance application
relations can be added to the regulatory list revision.
