    Listed substances must not be marked as confidential and have to be
    disclosed.
    One of the following reasons issues this message:
    You have marked a listed substance as confidential in the composition of
    a basic material or surface.
    You have received and imported a supplier MDS that references a
    confidential listed substance.
    You have already released a material MDS with the confidential
    substance. Due to a regulatory change, the substance &V1& is now
    regulated according to either GADSL or REACH-SVHC, or both. Now the
    released material MDS requires an update.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
