    The listed substance group &V1& does not contain any listed substance.
    For one or more regulated lists, you use a listed substance group that
    the content delivery leaves empty.
    You need to add existing or new created listed substances to the listed
    substance group and to assign your corresponding pure substances to
    these listed substances. Only with this information, the compliance
    check can verify if your product has declarable substances of this
    substance group. Otherwise the compliance check always says that your
    product is compliant regarding this empty substance listed group. This
    is correct from a technical point of view, but might be incorrect from a
    compliance view.
