How to fix this error?

Check which order was created after the order date. For the period of
time before this order, you can only generate delivery orders and
collection orders at the same time (<LS>Utilities Industry -> Waste
Management -> Master Data -> Container Category -> Define Delivery and
Removal Time for Container Category</> (<DS:TRAN.EWACONSLO>EWACONSLO
</>)).
You cannot create individual replacement orders.
