chosen the "Create New Print Document" pushbutton. One of the incorrect
value could be also the Meter Reading Date.
It could also be that you have not entered any values at all, and have
chosen the "Create New Document" pushbutton.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

reading value.
If the meter reading date is not in the interval of meter reading date
relevant for billing, you have to enter a correct date.
