The modification has not yet been adopted.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
The cursor must be positioned on the right-hand side, at any random
position, of the modification to be adopted. Now execute the function
"Copy to Buffer".
Then place your cursor on the left-hand side at the respective position,
and choose the function for inserting or replacing the modification.
When you use the replace function, you must first select the area to be
replaced on the left side.
