    You want to copy a modified block but did not place the cursor on the
    block.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    In the right-hand side of the editor, position the cursor on a line
    within the modified block that you want to copy. Then choose 'Copy to
    Buffer'. Afterwards, position the cursor at the corresponding position
    on the left side and and choose the function "Insert Modification".
