  • What causes this issue?

    You do not have authorization to read or write from or to the temporary
    storage.
    The system uses the temporary storage when you display or change
    programs using the ABAP Editor.
    The system checks to see whether there is a temporary version of the
    program.
    If there is, a dialog box appears in which you must choose whether to
    use the temporary version or the database version.
    The system fills the temporary storage when the editor crashes or you
    save a temporary version of the program.

    You probably do not have the authorization object S_DATASET.

    How to fix this error?

    Ask your system administrator to assign you the relevant authorization.
