    The directory for the download you specified in the user-specific
    settings does not exist.
    When you select "Utilities -> Settings -> eCATT -> External", a menu
    appears in which you can maintain user-specific settings for the path
    specification during the download for:
    eCATT objects
    Variants
    and Web Dynpros.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Make sure to specify an existing directory.
    If you do not specify a directory, the directory SapWorkDir is used for
    the download.
