No menu bars were created in the user interface. Therefore, no
selection list can be displayed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To create a menu bar, enter the menu texts in the fields of the menu
bar. You can open (and close) these menus by double-clicking. In the
open menus, you can enter functions (both function code and text, if
these do not yet exist) or cascading menus (menu text). You can edit
the cascading menus in the same way as the menus in the menu bar.
