  • What causes this issue?

The maintenance language in the source and target programs is not the
same. When copying to the target program, the translations of source
program texts are copied as well. Here, the texts defined in the
interface of the program to be copied do not all exist in the target
language. Therefore, the copy still contains texts in the language of
    the source program.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
