one of the following reasons:
Document type EBR has been allocated to the info record. This document
type is reserved for header records of batch records. However, you
cannot maintain batch records in the document management system.
In Customizing for <LS>Document Management System</>, the alternative
screen 0903 of program PPPIF903 has been allocated to the document type
of the info record. This screen is reserved for batch records and may
not be used in the document management system.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Depending on what caused the error, proceed as follows:
Maintain the batch record in process data documentation.

Correct the definition of the document type in Customizing for the
<LS>Documentation Management System</>. Enter a different alternative
screen in the detail data for the <LS>Define document types</> view or
use the standard system screen.
