  • What causes this issue?

    You opened either the
<DS:GLOS.4C28235FDCD92FA3E10000000A421945>safety plan</> of an order or
task list, or the risk and safety information of a technical object. The
system subsequently read the relevant risk data (risks, responses, and
    <DS:GLOS.4C1A67069FF9634AE10000000A421392>safety measures</>) from the
risk management system and displayed it in the appropriate table.
However, while checking the relevant risks data, the system determined
that some of the proposed safety measures are no longer valid. For
example, a safety measure was removed from the
    <DS:GLOS.4C1FE0DEF8340E0CE10000000A421392>safety measure list</>.

    System Response

The invalid safety measures are not shown in the safety plan.

    How to fix this error?

You can correct the situation in the following ways:
If the safety measure is, for whatever reason, no longer safety relevant
and has been removed from the safety measure list, it must be unassigned
from all risks and responses in the risk management system.
If the safety measure is still safety relevant but has been removed by
mistake from the safety measure list, it must be added the list again.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
