  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You have created a recurrent maintenance planning bucket with a start
date and time in the past and want the system to automatically create a
specific number of planning buckets in advance. Therefore, you have
entered a number in the <LS>Number of Buckets in Advance</> field.

    System Response

The system creates maintenance planning buckets in the past, starting
with the specified start date and considering the defined recurrence and
time interval. The system creates the required number of planning
buckets in the past <ZH>in addition</> to the number you enter in the
<LS>Number of Buckets in Advance</> field.

    How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    &Example&
You create a reference planning bucket on November 23rd 2020 and enter
November 9th as the start date. Furthermore, you choose <LS>Daily</> in
the <LS>Recurrence</> field and enter <LB>5</> in the <LS>Recurs Every
</> field. You want the system to create <LB>4</> buckets in advance and
    save your reference planning bucket.
The system starts creating planning buckets every five days from
November 9th onwards. This means that it creates the following planning
    buckets:
    November 14th
    November 19th
<ZH>November 24th</> (this is the first planning bucket that lies ahead
    of the current date)
    November 29th
    December 4th
    December 9th
Since two maintenance planning buckets are created in the past, the
system creates six planning buckets altogether for this reference
    maintenance planning bucket.
