This can happen for several reasons, including:
Causes:
- Object Not Assigned to a Transport Request: The object you are trying to transport has not been assigned to any transport request.
- Object Already Released: The object may have been released from the transport request, making it unavailable for further changes or transport.

Check Transport Request: Ensure that the object you are trying to transport is included in a transport request. You can do this by checking the transport request in the Transport Organizer (transaction SE09 or SE10).
Assign Object to Transport Request: If the object is not assigned to any transport request, you can assign it by using the appropriate development tools (like SE80 or SE38) and adding the object to a transport request.
Recreate Transport Request: If the transport request has been deleted or is not functioning correctly, you may need to create a new transport request and add the object to it.
Check Object Status: Verify the status of the object in the transport request. If it has been released, you may need to re-import it or create a new version of the object.
Authorization Check: Ensure that you have the necessary authorizations to lock and transport the object. You may need to consult with your SAP Basis or security team.
