What causes this issue?

There are no reporting trees in any client in your system.
Possible causes:
There are no entries in table T000 (clients)
There are no entries in SERPTREE (repoorting trees)

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the entries in the above tables. SERPTREE must contain an entry
with ID = '000001' for a valid reporting tree.
If necessary, start RSSERPAT again manually.
