    The dates of one or more assigned phases from the program or project
    &V2& are outside the time frame of the corresponding phase in the
    program &V1&.

    System Response

    A program can contain many phases whose dates conflict with different
    subprograms or subprojects. Therefore, the system does not generate a
    separate message for each date conflict in a phase but generates one
    message for each program and assigned program or project.

    How to fix this error?

    Adjust the dates of the affected objects as required.
