When you create a new project, the system initializes the project type.
When you change the project type, the system resets the value back to
the old one. You cannot set the status <LS>Flagged for Transfer</>.
Choose a different project type.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
