What causes this issue?

The selected project type implies <LS>PS</> replication via <LS>CRM
</>. This scenario is only still supported for existing projects that
have already been transferred to accounting.

System Response

When you create a new project, the system initializes the project type.
When you change the project type, the system resets the value back to
the old one. You cannot set the status <LS>Flagged for Transfer</>.

How to fix this error?

Choose a different project type.
