    While resolving a checklist reference the system tried to merge an
    existing role with the corresponding role from the checklist reference.
    This was done due to the fact, that the respective checkbox for using
    the roles from the checklist reference was set by the user before
    starting the resolving process. The system determined that there are
    already existing more than one role with the same role type and
    description in the current project.

    The system has chosen the first role it found in the current project
    with the same role type and description to merge it with the role from
    the checklist reference.

    How to fix this error?

    Check your roles if they are still consistent. You should try to avoid
    having roles with the same description and role type.
