    In a value range the lower limit must be smaller as the upper limit.
    In the value range specified the lower limit is larger than the upper
    limit.

    Exchange the values for the lower and upper limits of the value range.

    If it is a domain with data type CHAR, the values are taken into
    consideration for the whole length of the domain, that is the
