Message text: For flag & the value & is not allowed
A flag in the system data has an invalid value.
This situation can only arise if the system data is modified directly
by a program.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
The flag corresponds to an indicator for a domain attribute, such as
for example SIGNFLAG - 'Sign allowed/not allowed' or LOWERCASE -
'Lowercase allowed/not allowed'.
Maintain this indicator in the domain maintenance routine (transaction
SE11). If the domain has the attribute described by the flag, set the
indicator. Otherwise reset the indiator. Then activate the domain.
