This message typically arises when you are trying to save a format tree with the same name as an existing one, and the system is warning you that the existing format tree will be overwritten.

Backup Existing Format: If you intend to modify an existing format tree, consider backing it up first. You can do this by exporting the current configuration before making changes.
Confirm Overwrite Intent: If you are sure that you want to overwrite the existing format tree, you can proceed with the operation, but be aware that the previous configuration will be lost.
Use Versioning: If your organization frequently modifies format trees, consider implementing a versioning system where you keep track of changes and maintain previous versions for reference.
