    The user does not have sufficient authorizations to schedule the
    transport-dispatcher in client &V1&. The transport-dispatcher could
    not be scheduled successfully in the specified client.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Make sure that the logon-user has sufficient authorizations and restart
    the function. Alternatively logon to the target-client and try to
    schedule the transport-dispatcher manually with the programm RDDNEWPP
    with priority normal.
