relationships of a migration object, or a rule of a subproject), this
sub-component must be assigned to the same package (development class)
as the corresponding main object (such as migration object, subproject,
or project).
Now the system detected that you tried to assign a different package to
the subcomponent. This is not allowed. Therefore, the processing is
canceled.
