  • What causes this issue?

    Business functions IS_AD_MPN or MGV_LAMA are switched off in the source
    system before conversion. Following the conversion to SAP S/4HANA, you
    tried to activate these business functions.
    In the SAP S/4HANA system, for LAMA and MPN functionality to work, these
    business functions need not be activated.

    System Response

    There is inconsistency between MARA and MATERIALID table. Activation of
    business functions is not allowed. If activated, these can cause
    inconsistency in the behavior of certain transactions.

    How to fix this error?

    In case you need to activate these business functions, contact SAP by
    raising an incident in the component IS-A-LMN with the text "Activation
    of business functions IS_AD_MPN or MGV_LAMA "
