What causes this issue?

After logbook data was saved successfully, an error may occur during the
confirmation of temporary operations (for example, order operations were
not saved at the time of confirmation). This error may occur because,
for example, orders could not be locked after saving the temporary
operations.
Due to technical reasons, the confirmations of temporary operations are
saved after temporary operations are saved. This process are considered
to be two separate logical units of work.

System Response

The confirmations of the temporary operations were not saved. In other
words these confirmations are lost.

How to fix this error?

Reselect the saved operations and re-enter the confirmations.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
