What causes this issue?

An error occurred when converting a help view to a search help. The
newly created search help could not be activated. (In customer systems,
only customer help views are migrated to search helps.)

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The search help can be displayed and changed in the ABAP Dictionary.
Use the Check function to get detailed information about the
inconsistency in the definition of the search help. Try to correct the
search help using this information.
