  • What causes this issue?

When upgrading to Release 4.0, help views are used as a basis for
generating search helps as long as the search help itself and the
primary table of the help view were not transported.
If you delete the help view, the basis for converting the help view
into a search help might be missing in the next subsequent system.
Make sure that the search help with the same name and the primary table
of the help view are transported together with the deletion request.
For help views in the customer name space H_Y or H_Z, the name of the
corresponding search help is YH_Y... or ZH_Z...

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Check if there is a search help with the same name (see above).
To be safe, include the search help and the primary table of the help
view in the transport request if you are not sure if both objects have
    already been transported.
