  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You have defined an exception that assigned specific assignment objects
in the exception header using the assignment profile (see also the IMG
activity <DS:SIMG.VCDG_TDG85>Define Assignment Profiles for Exceptions
    to Dangerous Goods Regulations</>).
You now want to assign a check method to this exception, which due to
the assigned check method type (see IMG activity <DS:SIMG.GGA_300_140>
Specify Dangerous Goods Check Methods</>), cannot be taken into account
    in further processing.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The following possible assignments should not be made:
Exception with Assignment Object,,,,Check Mthd with Check Mthd Types
    Handling Unit Header,,,,,,,,,,blank, 01, 02, 03
    Handling Unit Item,,,,,,,, blank, 01, 02, 03
    Example:
You have defined an exception that can be assigned only to HU items. You
now want to assign, for example, the check method HAZMAT_CHK_MOT
(Permissibility of Mode-of-Transport Category) to the exception. This is
not necessary since according to the check method type assigned for the
handling unit items, this check method is not processed.
