What causes this issue?

During undo run an erroneous situation occurred where the lower date
defined for the date range is greater than the upper date. The lower
date and upper date during an undo run is sent to the applications and
act as the basis for the fetching of the historical data. Due to date
inconsistency the undo run was stopped.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
