  • What causes this issue?

The system attempted to process an initial IDoc that required deleting
old inheritance relationships and creating new ones. The inheritance
relationships for deletion were not deleted completely because the next
background job for the inheritance has not yet deleted the inheritance
relationship from the header data of the source and target
specification. New inheritance relationships cannot be created until the
all of the old inheritance relationships have been deleted.

    System Response

The data for substance &V1& was updated. However, no new inheritance
    relationships were created.

    How to fix this error?

Check the status of the inheritance relationships for substance &V1& and
ensure that all inheritance relationships have <LS>Consistent</> status.
To do so, you might have to restart inheritance relationships.
Once all the inheritance relationships are <LS>Consistent</>, you can
process the IDoc again (for example, using transaction <LB>BD87</>). The
missing inheritance relationships are then created.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
