The plant which you have assigned to a company code is located in a
    different country.
This configuration does not provide you with the full functionality of
the SAP System. There are functional limitations in respect of
    reporting for taxation for example.
To be able to use the full functional scope of the system, you must
only link company codes and plants which are located in the same
    country.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Check, possibly with your consultant, if you want the functional
limitation. If not, create an additional company code with the country
of the plant, and assign the plant to this company code.
Check in Financial Accounting Customizing under
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFORFBWERK>Plants Abroad</>, whether these plants have
    been set for sales tax.
