The SAP error message CURTO1012 indicates that there is no active integration model for the specified object (usually a material or a product) in the context of Core Interface (CIF) integration between SAP systems, such as between SAP ERP and SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization).

    Cause:

The error typically arises due to one of the following reasons:

    1. No Active Integration Model: There is no active integration model defined for the specified object (e.g., material, location, etc.) in the system.
    2. Integration Model Not Generated: The integration model may not have been generated or activated for the specific object.
    3. Incorrect Object Parameters: The parameters provided (like the object type or key) may not match any existing integration model.
    4. Model Deactivation: The integration model might have been deactivated or deleted.

    Solution:

To resolve the CURTO1012 error, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Integration Model:

      • Go to transaction code CIF (or CIF1 for creating and CIF2 for changing).
      • Check if there is an active integration model for the specified object (e.g., material, location).
      • If it does not exist, you will need to create a new integration model.
    2. Create/Activate Integration Model:

      • If no integration model exists, create a new one using transaction CIF1.
      • Ensure that you include the relevant objects (materials, locations, etc.) in the integration model.
      • After creating the model, activate it.
    3. Verify Object Parameters:

      • Ensure that the parameters you are using to call the integration model are correct and correspond to the objects defined in the model.
    4. Check for Deactivation:

      • If the integration model exists but is inactive, you can reactivate it using transaction CIF2.
    5. Transport Requests:

      • If you are working in a development environment, ensure that the integration model has been transported to the relevant system (e.g., quality or production).
    6. Consult Documentation:

      • Review SAP documentation or notes related to CIF and integration models for any specific configurations or requirements.

    Related Information:

    • Transaction Codes:
