  • What causes this issue?

The Sales Configuration Engine cannot process characteristics with a
    <DS:GLOS.3526B4F8AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>user-defined data type</>.
Instead, the Sales Configuration Engine uses the characteristics that
make up the user-defined data type.
Instead of characteristic FUEL_CONSUMPTION, which has a user-defined
    data type, the 3 characteristics CONSUMPTION_TOWN, CONSUMPTION_COUNTRY,
and CONSUMPTION_HIGHWAY that make up the user-defined data type appear
as separate characteristics in the Sales Configuration Engine.

    Cause:

    1. User-Defined Data Type Issues: The characteristic in question may have a user-defined data type that is not compatible with the expected data type for the class or the object being classified.

    3. Validate Values: Ensure that all instances of the characteristic have valid values that conform to the defined data type. If necessary, update or correct any invalid entries.
    4. Reassign Characteristics: If the characteristic is not needed or is incorrectly assigned, consider removing it from the class or reassigning it to a different class where it is more appropriate.
