date for display is taken from the change master record.
The valid-from date used for maintaining dependency data is set to the
value 0 if you do not enter a change number. If you enter a change
number, the date is taken from the change master record.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
