Message text: Changes already made on & with change number &
You want to maintain a dependency or allocations to dependencies using
engineering change management by entering a change number. A change
number has a "valid-from" date.
However, the dependency or allocations have already been processed with
a different change number which has the same valid-from date.
You can only make changes to an object with one change number on one
date.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Make your changes using the change number which has already been used.
If you want to maintain allocations to dependencies, the change number
must be active for the object type which is allocated to the
dependency. If this is not the case, you can activate the object type
for the change number in central engineering change management
functions.
