    If you do not need the system in the cluster, delete it from the
    cluster.
    If you need the system in the cluster, deactivate 'Extended Transport
    Control' for system &v1&. To do this, proceed as follows:
    1. Call transaction STMS in the communication system of system &v1&.
    2. Choose "System Overview".
    3. Select the required system by double-clicking on it.
    4. On the "Transport Tool" tab page, switch to change mode.
    5. As required, set the value of the TMS parameter "CTC" to "0" or
    delete it.
    6. Confirm the settings and distribute the TMS configuration.
