  • What causes this issue?

    Transport Management System is already configured in this system. The
    CTS Configuration API, however, specifies that an existing configuration
    must be deleted (Force Mode). However the system is installed as an SAP
    system, and force mode is not permitted for SAP systems.

    Processing terminates.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to use Configuration API to configure the TMS again for this
    system, you must first delete the existing TMS configuration manually.
    To do this, call transaction STMS and choose "Overview" -> "Systems" ->
    "Extras" -> "Delete TMS Configuration".

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
