    How to fix this error?

    Assign each node to a question, or alternatively you can delete the
    nodes that are not assigned to questions.
    To assign a node to a question, double click on the node, select one of
    the possible questions from the list, or select Create new question.
    Note: the <end> nodes do not need to be assigned to questions.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
