    As of SAP CRM 3.1, the Web Form Framework has been converted which
    means that conversion of the Customizing data is also necessary. It is
    possible that request category &v1& has not yet been converted. Restart
    the CRM_WEBREQ_META_DATA_MIGRATION conversion program to convert all of
    your request categories.
    The Web Form Framework Customizing data (for example, request data
    structure and annotation, or assignments of BSP applications and BSP
    start pages to views) was either deleted or never created.
