    The system tried to send a mailing to the SAP-Office-Inbox in order to
    let the responsible user of contract know (partnerfunction) that the
    automatic action responsible to unassign the contract from any
    poolcontracts failed. Also the the mailing failed!

    How to fix this error?

    Maintain the the partnerfunction "Responsible employee" and unlink the
    contract maunally due to the contractenddate!
